Hank Adler Joins Corinthian Colleges' Board SANTA ANA, Calif., Aug. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Corinthian Colleges, Inc. (NASDAQ:COCO) today announced that Hank Adler, 58, a retired partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, has been elected as a new member of Corinthian's board of directors. This election expands membership on Corinthian's board of directors to seven, and increases the number of independent directors to five. In Adler's 30-year career with Deloitte & Touche, he specialized in tax accounting and real estate. Before his retirement in 2003, he served as primary client service and tax partner for a variety of public and private companies. Adler is currently an assistant professor of accounting at Chapman University. He chairs the Toshiba Senior Classic charity event, a PGA Senior Tour championship event, and, in the 1990s, served on the board of trustees and as president of the Irvine Unified School District.
