Explanation of Responses:
1. The exercise price of the stock option of CAD $11.80 is converted to USD based on the daily average exchange rate as reported by the H.10 statistical release of the Board of Governances of the Federal Reserve System on October 18, 2024, of C$1.3804 = US$1.00.
2. The sale price of the stock option of CAD $13.90 is converted to USD based on the daily average exchange rate as reported by the H.10 statistical release of the Board of Governances of the Federal Reserve System on October 18, 2024, of C$1.3804 = US$1.00. The sale price of CAD $13.90 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from CAD $13.70 to CAD $14.16, inclusive. The sale price included on the reporting person's Form 4 filed on April 16, 2024, of CAD $8.24 was also a weighted average price, and those shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from CAD $7.96 to CAD $8.61. The reporting person undertakes to provide the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of Common Shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote (2).
3. The stock option, representing a right to purchase a total of 40,000 Common Shares, became exercisable as to 10,000 Common Shares on January 20, 2021, exercisable as to 10,000 Common Shares on January 20, 2022, exercisable as to 10,000 Common Shares on January 20, 2023, and exercisable as to 10,000 Common Shares on January 20, 2024, subject to the terms and conditions of the Issuer's 2011 Evergreen Incentive Stock Option Plan.
