Infosys Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of India ("Infosys", or the "Company"), hereby furnishes with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission this Report on Form 6-K regarding the intimation dated December 11, 2023 pertaining to appointment of Jayesh Sanghrajka as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company effective April 1, 2024 and Resignation of Nilanjan Roy as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company effective March 31, 2024.
