Item 8.01 Other Events.


On December 1, 2016, ITC Midwest LLC’s ("ITC Midwest") projected network rate of $9.944 per kW/ month, for the period from January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017, was reposted by the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. to reflect a revision to the 2015 True-Up associated with the simulation of bonus depreciation, as well as the 2017 projected account 190 balance to remove NOL carryback amounts. The revised rate is based on ITC Midwest’s Attachment O rate formulae using ITC Midwest’s projected net revenue requirement and load, in accordance with the FERC’s approvals in Docket No. ER16-208.
