The Trust seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in long-term, investment grade municipal obligations exempt from U.S. federal income taxes (except that the interest may be subject to the U.S. federal alternative minimum tax). The municipal obligations in which the Trust primarily invests are either rated investment grade quality, or are considered by the Trusts investment adviser to be of comparable quality, at the time of investment.
