Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, a leading global pharmaceutical company and world’s largest generic drug maker, began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) today under the ticker symbol “TEVA” after the transfer of its stock listing to the NYSE from NASDAQ. Dr. Phillip Frost, Chairman of the Board of Directors and President and CEO Dr. Jeremy M. Levin were joined by Teva’s CFO, Eyal Desheh; President and CEO of Teva Americas, William S. Marth and employees from Teva’s businesses around the world to celebrate the company’s first day of trading on the NYSE by ringing The Opening BellSM.
