announced that it will refrain from attending or voting at the Mylan N.V. (NASDAQ: MYL)
extraordinary general meeting scheduled for 28 August, 2015, as it wishes to remain neutral
following the withdrawal of its offer for Mylan. The Company is still reviewing its options
relating to these shares.
