I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“TGS” or the “Company”), in order to report that in its meeting held today, TGS’ Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Mrs. Mariela Denise Korenblum as Regular Director and Mrs. Victoria Hitce as Alternate Director.

Furthermore, we hereby report that on this date Ms. Emilse Alejandra Juárez took over as Regular Director in replacement of Mrs. Korenblum, as stipulated by the Regular and Special Shareholders’ meeting held on April 20, 2021.
