level rather than on a per-project basis. Accordingly, the Company has disclosed payments of taxes at the entity level. The payments relate not to particular projects but to the consolidated income of the Company.

hyperinflationary economy. As of December 31, 2023, the official nominal exchange rate for pesos into U.S. dollars was Ps. 808.45 per U$S 1.00.
