               Focus Solutions Group plc (the "Company") 

                       Shareholding in Company

The Company was informed by ISIS Asset Management on 28 July 2003 that following
a merger of two its clients, namely 3PC Investment Trust and The Aim Trust, to
form Active Capital Trust ("ACT"), the new merged client has a notifiable
interest in 2,025,000 ordinary shares of 10P each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") representing 7.89% of the issued Ordinary Share capital.

These shares now held by Active Capital Trust are registered in the name of 
Chase Nominees Ltd.
