Exxon Mobil General Counsel Randall Ebner to Retire

Exxon Mobil Corp. on Thursday said Randall Ebner will retire as
vice president and general counsel on Nov. 1 after more than 40
years with the energy giant.
The Irving, Texas, company said Craig Morford, currently deputy
general counsel, will succeed Mr. Ebner as vice president and
general counsel.
Mr. Ebner, who joined Exxon in May 1980, has been general
counsel and vice president since 2016. Mr. Morford joined the
company as deputy general counsel last year after more than 20
years with the U.S. Justice Department.
