--Exxon Mobil Corp. will sell Italian fuel and refining assets owned by a subsidiary to Italy's IP, a private fuel and mobility group, Reuters reports Tuesday.

--IP said it signed a deal to buy the assets, which are owned by Exxon subsidiary Esso Italiana, the report said.

--IP didn't disclose financial details of the deal, according to the report.
