CALGARY, Oct. 21, 2013 /CNW/ - Middlefield Group is pleased to announce that distributions for the fourth quarter of 2013 will be payable to unitholders of trust units and of class A trust units of MINT Income Fund as follows:

The Class A trust units (TSX symbol: MID.A) will convert into trust units (TSX symbol: MID.UN) automatically as of November 15, 2013 on a one-for-one basis.
