The Logistics & Warehousing segment offers full truckload, specialized transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment centers that handle e-commerce transactions and transload facilities for intermodal and bulk shipments; technology solutions, including transportation, inventory, and warehouse management systems; and warehousing and distribution services. The Specialized & Industrial Services segment provides specialized equipment and services to oil and gas, environmental, construction, pipeline, utility, telecom, and civil industries; and specialized services comprising water management, environmental, pipeline and civil construction, industrial cleaning and turnaround, fluid management, and municipal development and emergency support services, as well as drilling and drilling related services.
