ESI Will Recommence Trading on the TSX-Venture Exchange at the Opening on Wednesday the 25th August 2010

E.S.I. Environmental Sensors Inc. ("ESI" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ESV) is
pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has advised the Company that
it is now fully compliant with Exchange policy and the Company's common shares
will recommence trading at the opening on Wednesday August 25th, 2010.
