E.S.I. Environmental Sensors Inc. ("ESI" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ESV), after an exhaustive search and in keeping with promises made to shareholders at the last Annual General Meeting, is pleased to announce that Mr. Ingvard Find has joined ESI as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Find will also serve on the Company's Board of Directors. A seasoned senior level executive, Mr. Find brings to ESI more than 25 years of business leadership experience in agricultural irrigation and procurement development work carried out around the world in more than 100 countries.

Mr. Find is re-locating from Santiago, Chile to Victoria, BC.

Mr. Find has held positions with major international irrigation and agriculture companies: Rain Bird International, Lindsay Manufacturing, Con-Agra Foods, and McCain Foods Limited. Most recently he was Commercial Director, Latin America for John Deere Water. His entrepreneurial drive and strategic initiatives in the areas of new technology and market development have led these top international companies to significant market growth and expansion. Mr. Find's business development efforts have created opportunities for international companies to gain greater access to Latin American, Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand markets through strategic alliances and channel development with domestic firms.

Mr. Find has an Agronomy degree from Agricultural College, Denmark, did graduate studies at the University of Minnesota, St Paul and at the Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario.

He speaks several languages including: English, Spanish, and Danish, and has a strong working knowledge of Portuguese, German and some French.

Mr. Ian Middleton has stepped down as Acting President & CEO in order to allow Mr. Find to join ESI in this executive capacity. Mr. Middleton will continue in the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors as an independent director.

As part of Mr. Find's compensation package, the Company is pleased to grant 1.8 million stock options and has also issued 250,000 common shares as a signing incentive. The stock options will vest over a two year period, and will expire after the third year. They can be exercised at a price of $0.11 per common share based on the market's closing price on the date of Mr. Find's hire, December 1, 2010.
