CRS Electronics Decides Not to Proceed With Proposed Private Placement

CRS Electronics Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LED) ("CRS" or the "Company"), a developer and
manufacturer of LED lighting, today announced that further to the proposed
private placement announced by the Company on May 2, 2013, the Company has
decided not to proceed with the proposed private placement at this time.
