Uniserve Signs Partnership Agreement With George Mobile(TM)

Uniserve Communications Corporation (TSX VENTURE:USS)(the "Company") announces
that it has entered into a partnership agreement with Vancouver based Smartphone
application developer George Mobile(TM). Uniserve will provide a variety of
services on both a hardware and software level: The back-end infrastructure,
complete telecom services including phone lines and phone numbers as well as
management of the George Mobile platform. Additionally, this application will
also be making use of the new Uniserve Cloud platform to provide maximum
performance and reliability for the service. The partnership also allows
Uniserve to market the George Mobile product to its own customer base through an
exclusive arrangement for its Canadian customers.
