The Company's accounting consultant was not able to complete the financial statements in time for the Company's auditor to complete the audit on a timely basis. As a result the 10-KSB could not be filed timely.

The Company anticipates reporting net income of approximately $11,436 for the year ended December 31, 2007 as compared to net income of $21,167 reported for the year ended December 31, 2006.
