EESTech Issues Shareholder Update

EESTech, a clean technology company, is issuing the following shareholder update.

Since incorporation, EESTech has acquired and developed an impressive portfolio of Economically and Environmentally Sustainable Technologies. Significant progress has been made toward commercializing certain technologies in EESTech's portfolio. EESTech plans to announce specific partnerships and contract wins in the near future.

In addition to these exciting milestones, EESTech has begun to execute on a capital markets strategy aimed at maximizing shareholder value. Specifically, EESTech is excited to announce that the company has moved off the Pink Sheets and upgraded to the OTC Market, trading under the symbol of EESH. Current financials are being prepared and will soon be released.
