several new offerings:
(1) its consumer-facing app, "Herbo," now live within the Google
Play marketplace and submitted for formal review by Apple within
its App Store;
(2) its e-commerce website, www.useherbo.com;
(3) its applications for the Company's delivery service, "Herbo

Herbo's directory database and are able to add and grow content for
their Herbo storefronts. The app's Android version can be found on
Google Play, and its iOS version has been submitted to Apple for
acceptance in its App Store.

selection of premium and specialty cannabis-related products. The
Company will continue to work with both distributors and
manufacturers to grow and offer a wide range of cannabis-related

Herbo Driver - The Company is now accepting applications at
www.useherbo.com/drivers-wanted for its delivery service, Herbo
Driver. Herbo Driver will provide same-day delivery services for
orders that are purchased through Herbo with local participating
dispensaries.
