The Registrant is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Form 10-Q Quarterly Report for the period ended November 30, 2022, because the Registrant is still compiling information for the Form 10-Q and the auditors have not completed their review of the financial statements for that period. The Registrant will file the Form 10-Q as soon as practical and within the time period provided by Rule 12b-25 for delayed filings.
