Greenway Design Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GDGI) today released testimonials from two Cool-n-Save commercial installations. "These installations support our claim that Cool-n-Save generates substantial energy savings from the cost of energy for running air conditioning and that it may produce a fast return on investment for the customer," says Ben Lefrancois, the corporation's chief executive officer.

The installation for International Rubber Products in Rancho Dominguez, CA was completed in June 2007. The location is a 40,000 square foot light industrial building where air conditioning demand is very high, especially during the summer months. After a Cool-n-Save commercial pre-cool system was installed, the client saw an average monthly energy savings "of up to 27% during the summer months where the air conditioning usage sees a much higher demand," states Rod Trujillo, president of International Rubber Products. The customer also saw a full return on investment within two months of installation.

Dal-tile Corporation installed Cool-n-Save on two locations, one in Southlake, TX and another in Miami, FL. The installations were completed around May 2009. Dal-tile Corporation, with headquarters in Dallas, TX, maintains a network of manufacturing facilities, distribution centers and retail service centers throughout the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.

"I monitor the kilowatt hour usage very closely and at each of these stores we experienced an average 26% savings on the monthly energy cost of air conditioning usage," states David Thole, manager of facilities and equipment for the company. Records also show that the customer recouped their Cool-n-Save investment under seven months of installation. The client has subsequently installed Cool-n-Save on 32 of their retail warehouse locations.
