innovative Emergency-911, interoperable radio and cellular
communications systems based on its proprietary Airborne Relay
Communications ARC System Core Technology. The RECOM-911 Rapid
Response Emergency Communications System is Platforms flagship
System product. It is a custom-built, airborne, transportable
wireless communications system designed to provide Cellular and
Interoperable Radio communications to emergency first responders
during and immediately following a catastrophic emergency, or a
natural or man-made disaster. RECOM-911 is transportable, ISO
containerized, and rapidly deployable by air, land, or sea to the
incident location, where it can be activated into service within
hours of its arrival. RECOM-911 can provide 24/7 uninterrupted
Cellular communications services to a radius area of up to 70 miles
with a service capacity of more than 25,000 users. In conjunction
with the ROSETTA-911 System, the RECOM-911 System can also
provide Interoperable Radio/Cellular Communications and
Internet/VOIP Connectivity. Video Surveillance and Sensor (radar)
facilities are also available system options. The ROSETTA-911
Interoperable Radio/Cellular Communications System is a
ready-to-use, turnkey System that provides interoperable
radio/cellular communications facilities, which enable different
VHF, UHF, 800 MHz radios, and cellular telephones, to seamlessly
interconnect and communicate with each other, including
Internet/VOIP connectivity. The ROSETTA-911 System is available as
an integral component of the RECOM-911System, where it can provide
the Radio/Cellular interoperable communications facilities, and as
a standalone, portable system unit. The ROSETTA-911 portable
system comes fully equipped and ready to use, including VHF, UHF,
and 800 MHz mobile (LMR) radios, matching portable radios, a
cellular and land-line (STU-III compatible) telephone port, and
Internet/VOIP connectivity, for comprehensive command and control
facilities that enable incident commanders to efficiently control,
direct, and manage emergency first response critical operations.
