AGNC Declares $1.40 Third Quarter Dividend

BETHESDA, Md., Sept. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Capital
Agency Corp. (NASDAQ:AGNC) announced today that its Board of
Directors has declared a cash dividend of $1.40 per share for the
third quarter 2009. The dividend is payable on October 27, 2009 to
common shareholders of record as of October 2, 2009, with an
