STOCKHOLM--Swedish property company Fabege AB (FABG.SK) said Wednesday that TeliaSonera (TLSN.SK) has signed a 15-year lease for the entire Scandinavian Office Building in Arenastaden, on the outskirts of Stockholm.

 
   MAIN FACTS:

-The date of occupancy is scheduled for spring 2016 and all of TeliaSonera's employees in Farsta and Stockholm City will relocate to the new premises.

-The annual rental value is over SEK98 million, excluding supplements and garages.

-TeliaSonera's new head office will be built close to the Mall of Scandinavia.

-At 0803 GMT shares traded 0.7% higher at SEK91.25.
