American Stock Exchange Lists Morgan Stanley Plus Securities NEW YORK, Feb. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley Performance Leveraged Upside Securities ("PLUS") based upon the value of fifteen companies in the Gold Mining Industry. 1.6 million shares of the new PLUS were issued at $10 each with a maturity date of July 30, 2006. At maturity, each Unit will entitle the holder to receive an amount in cash based upon the value of the basket stocks.
