I don’t think UNCY’s volume should automatically be blamed on ATM selling.

A lot of Russell 3000 names (these are tiny companies!) saw huge volume too:

My gut is telling me that Monday is going to be a bloodbath since the company obviously knows what's about to happen or they are idiots selling boatloads at $7 instead of $12 - Approval has less than a 50/50 chance come Monday.
