And could they only submit individual outcomes of those patients or could they actually run some statistical analysis on those patients and comp

Maybe optics? Employee morale? Negotiating power? I would imagine its easier to try to negotiate top dollar when you're regained compliance and have some momentum, as opposed to having just endured a "failure" and being demoted to the OTC market. Just a thought
