Thanks for clarifying, for a second there I thought you’d joined the “ALL IS LOST WE SHOULD JUST GIVE UP NOW” brigade ;)

Until my mid 20's I thought I only liked milk chocolate. That changed when I tried a piece of Dove dark chocolate and realized that it tasted like the rich chocolate desserts that I was getting at nice restaurants. Flourless chocolate cake soft-converted me to dark chocolate 🍫

I guess it's one of those......"things happen for a reason". They get to live abroad with the freedom to do research and enjoy life without the terror of mass gun shootings. I would trade that kind of life in a heartbeat.
