It's all the same stock. The Canadian CUSIP is derived from the US number. It's also possible that a Candian buyer could be matched up with an American seller on OTCMarkets or vice versa.

I have never bought Candian stock through a Canadian exchange.

the closest you can get currently is scanning by "TSXV" ... which will include companies from every sector on the TSXV in the results

I'm on the correct board, IGPK, and it is a scam. And the flipper pumpers are just playing around with the PPS, more than twice as many sells as buys (not many of either), yet green for the day. Just an illusion of there being interest in the stock.
