Thanks lambo.  Wish they knew hot to pitch.  If the app is that good, I'm surprised they could get some funding.  It's the weight of the dilution imo.  But who knows.   

Let's hope they have one more rabbit in the hat to get this out there.

So basically Hiru reneged on their placement deal with Patagonia. The 380M shares that were going to finance the A$1.85M placement with Patagonia (could have been a decent investment) ended up going to Miro's girlfriend instead and the placement was cancelled after Patagonia made their announcement.
