Alstom SA (ALO.FR) said Wednesday that it signed a contract to supply 41 Coradia Lint regional trains to the French transport operator Transdev in a deal worth more than 150 million euros ($170 million).

The trains will be operated by Transdev's Bayerische Regiobahn GmbH subsidiary on lines running from Augsburg to Weilheim, Schongau, Ingolstadt, Eichstaett and Langenneufnach, the French train maker said.

The trains will be built at Alstom's Salzgitter site in Lower Saxony, Germany, with delivery slated by September 2022, Alstom said.
