announced that it has completed the
Company's previously announced corporate name change from
"AeroCentury Corp." to "Mega Matrix Corp." In conjunction with the
corporate name change, the Company will begin trading on the NYSE
American under the new ticker symbol, "MTMT", effective with the
opening of trading on March 28,
2022.
