Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  The reporting person's purchase of GSB common stock reported herein was matchable under Section 16(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, to the extent of 10,000 shares, with the reporting person's sale of 2,854 shares of GSB common stock at a price of $4.15 per share on November 2, 2105 and 7,146 shares of GSB common stock at a price of $3.95 per share on November 3, 2105. The reporting person has agreed to pay to GSB the full amount of the profit realized in connection with the short-swing transaction, less transaction costs.
