Regulation FD Disclosure

On February 2, 2024, Imperial Oil Limited (the “company”) by means of a press release announced that the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 60 cents per share on the outstanding common shares of the company for the first quarter of 2024. The dividend is payable on April 1, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 4, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

Imperial declares first quarter 2024 dividend

Calgary, AB –February 2, 2024 – Imperial Oil Limited (TSE: IMO, NYSE American: IMO) today declared a quarterly dividend of 60 cents per share on the outstanding common shares of the company, payable on April 1, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 4, 2024.

This first quarter 2024 dividend compares with the fourth quarter 2023 dividend of 50 cents per share.

Imperial has a long and successful history of growth and financial stability in Canada as a leading member of the petroleum industry. The company has paid dividends every year for over a century and has increased its annual dividend payment for 29 consecutive years.
