Appointment of Insinger as Nominated Advisor and Broker


By mutual agreement, Teather & Greenwood have resigned today as nominated
advisor and broker to Kingsbridge Holdings Plc. The Board of Directors of
Kingsbridge Holdings Plc (the "Company") have appointed Insinger de Beaufort as
the Company's nominated advisor and Insinger Townsley as the Company's broker
with immediate effect.
