PDMR Dealings

The Company has been notified that, pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan, on 12 May 2023 Clive Watson, Non-executive Director of Breedon Group plc and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities bought 1,854 shares of nil par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), at a price of 67.86p per Ordinary Share. As a consequence, Mr Watson now has an interest in 156,729 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.009% of the Company's total voting rights.

As at today's date, the Company has 1,694,428,520 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury. This figure may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
