Eni SpA said Friday that it would receive about half the daily amount of gas it had requested from Gazprom, marking the highest discrepancy between the amount requested and the amount delivered over the past three days.

The Italian energy company said it requested about 63 million cubic meters of gas for June 17, and that Gazprom said it would only deliver 50% of the amount. The amount delivered will be almost unchanged compared with the day before, however, as the company had requested about 48 million cubic meters on Thursday and received 35% less, it said. On Wednesday, Gazprom delivered 15% less than what was requested, Eni said.
