(NASDAQ:PCIS) announced today that it completed its merger with Insurance Capital Management USA Inc. (ICM). Earlier today in a special meeting, Precis shareholders voted to approve the merger agreement Precis and ICM entered into on November 8, 2006. Shareholders also approved changing the name of the combined company to Access Plans USA, Inc. The name change is effective immediately and the company's common stock will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Markets under the symbol "AUSA," effective January 31, 2007.
