Bank Przemyslowo - Handlowy PBK SA (BPH PBK) informs it has been notified that
the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange passed resolutions on
admitting to trading from 28 January, 2004:

--  the 345,027 Series A17 Bearer Bonds of BPH PBK, registered by the National
    Depositary for Securities (NDS) under the code PLBPH0000142,

--  the 123,701 Series A21 Bearer Bonds of BPH PBK, registered by the NDS under
    the code PLBPH0000159.
