Notting Hill Housing and Genesis Housing Association Merger update

Notting Hill Housing Trust has announced its intention to merge with Genesis Housing Association. In order for this to happen, both sets of shareholders have to approve the amalgamation at a special general meeting. Both meetings take place after close of business on 16 January 2018.

An announcement will be placed on the home page of the Notting Hill Housing web site (https://www.nhhg.org.uk/) as soon as the result of the vote is known on the evening of 16 January 2018.
