NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

The Company was informed on 6 March 1998 by Credit Suisse
First Boston (Europe) Limited, the investment manager of the
Company, that they purchased 145,677 ordinary shares of
US$0.01 of the Company on 11 February 1998.  This represents
9.01% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
