On 3 April 2018 Notting Hill Housing Trust amalgamated with Genesis Housing Association Limited to form Notting Hill Genesis, pursuant to section 109 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. The issuer has requested that the Official List and LSE records are updated to reflect the amalgamated issuer, being Notting Hill Genesis.
