Results of extraordinary general meeting

At a meeting held earlier today shareholders approved the resolutions described
in the circular dated 26 August 2003 in connection with the proposals for a
voluntary winding up of the Company. Accordingly, it is expected that the UK
Listing Authority will cancel the listing of the Ordinary Shares on the Official
List tomorrow, 25 September 2003.
