Net Asset Value ("NAV")

The unaudited NAV at 30 June 2006 of Cobra Capital Limited was 45.22 pence per
ordinary share compared with the previously announced unaudited NAV at 14 March
2006 of 45.15 pence per ordinary share.The FTSE AIM index fell by 7.4% during 
the same period.

The unaudited NAV at 30 June 2006 of 45.22 pence per ordinary share compares
with an unaudited NAV of 41.04 pence per ordinary share at 30 June 2005, an
increase of 10.2% compared with an increase in the FTSE AIM index of 8.2% over
the same period.
