Annual Report and Accounts

The Company wishes to announce that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for
the period from 20 December 2006 to 31 March 2007, together with the Notice of
Annual General Meeting and the form of proxy have been sent to the shareholders
of the Company.  The Company's AGM will be held at Top Floor, 14 Athol Street,
Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JA on 17th September 2007 at 1pm.
