                        Preliminary Results Notification
                                        

Faupel, the UK based group involved in the design, importation and distribution
of household furnishings, branded garments and PPE safety equipment from China
and the Far East, will announce Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 March
2004 on Monday, 21 June 2004.

A meeting for analysts will be held at 09.30am with a press briefing at 11.00am
at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 107 Cheapside on Monday, 21 June
2004.
