                                 AGM STATEMENT

Formjet Plc, the AIM listed alternative software vendor, will today provide the
following update to the current trading at the Company's Annual General Meeting,
to be held at 11.30am at Henry Thomas House 5-11 Worship Street, London, EC2A
2BH.

Lyndon Chapman, Executive Chairman of Formjet, will provide the following update
at the meeting: "In Q1 2008 we have experienced delayed decision making in
particular amongst the major retailers, although, I am pleased to state that the
sell through reports of our products show no signs of reduced sales even in
these difficult retail conditions and the Board believes this will result in
re-stocking orders in Q2. Corporate sales in Q1 have grown month on month at an
average rate of 19% per month and demonstrates the importance that the Group
attaches to business software products.  In mid- May the Group will launch a
complete range of B2B software titles ranging through accounting and business
planning tools to office suites and security products under its wholly owned ASI
Ability brand. This new range will also be available initially in six languages
and launch into ten countries during Q2."

The Company today launched www.formjetplc.com, www.formjetsoftware.com and
www.asiability.com.
