      LAUNCH OF INTERNET PORTAL FOR THE DENTAL PROFESSION

GiroVend  Cashless  Systems  plc ("GiroVend",  shortly  to  be
renamed Transacsys plc) is launching t-dental.com, an internet
initiative  which  will  provide  the  dental  profession  and
industry  with  the  most comprehensive  on-line  information,
training  services  and e-commerce purchasing  facilities.  t-
dental.com  is GiroVend's first business-to-business  vertical
market portal ("vortal") which brings together the skills  and
resources  of  Transacsys, T Management Systems  Arthur  ("TMS
Arthur",  a  leading  provider of dental  practice  management
software)  and Redbus e-academy (a provider of internet  based
training services).

t-dental.com  will be the first of a series of vortals  to  be
launched  by  Transacsys over the coming months  and  will  an
important step in the implementation of its internet strategy.

t-dental.com  is being designed for the dental  industry,
embracing  the  needs of dental practitioners,  suppliers  and
users  of dental consumables and equipment.  In addition,  for
those  dental professionals without suitable PC equipment  for
accessing the internet, t-dental.com will be able to supply  a
free full computer system to registered users.

and is due to go live' in early June 2000.


t-dental.com information services

t-dental.com  will provide dental professionals with  a  broad
range  of  information  and news.  It will  be  linked  up  to
professional  bodies  and  information  providers  to   enable
dentists  to  maintain a watching brief on the  latest  dental
news and developments.  Dentists will be alerted to health and
safety issues and forthcoming events.

Practitioners  will also be able to exchange information  with
other professionals through the online discussion forum.


t-dental.com e-commerce supplies

Registered  users  will  have  access  to  a  full  range   of
consumable supplies and equipment and will be able  browse  or
search   t-dental.com's   on-line   catalogue   including    a
comprehensive range of leading dental supplies, equipment  and
uniforms.

t-dental.com  is  negotiating  special  discounted  rates  for
support  services  from insurance to stationery  printing  and
will also be able to provide a payroll management service.

Registered  users  will  be  able  to  order  consumables  and
supplies on-line for delivery to their door.  Order processing
and fulfilment will be executed by t-dental.com's wholly-owned
wholesale distributor, Mirage.

t-dental.com training services

t-dental.com  will  have  a  comprehensive  on-line   training
section  to give dentists in the UK direct access  to  all  of
their verifiable continuing professional development needs.  t-
dental  is    forming a link with Redbus e-academy,  the  UK's
first  on-line  training company with a  BAFTA  award  winning
production team, which makes high quality interactive training
programmes  which will be available on demand,  in  real  time
directly to the subscriber's computer.

Redbus e-acadamy is partnering the Eastman Dental Institute to
offer  a  complete re-certification package  of  25  hours  of
verifiable  Continuing Professional Development  content  from
some   of   Europe's  pre-eminent  dental   specialists.    An
additional  system will allow dentists to log their verifiable
hours on a database for submission when required.


t-dental.com  to  supply computer systems completely  free  of
charge

Dentists  will  need  a computer to access  t-dental.com,  the
first   electronic  market  place  specifically   for   dental
professionals.   t-dental.com  will  be  able  to  give  every
dentist who subscribes a full computer system including an IBM
computer,   Lexmark  printer,  modem,  TMS  Arthur   software,
delivery,  installation and training.  This package  is  worth
#2,500  to  a dental practice and is available to those  which
are  eligible  for a Government DPB computer grant.   Detailed
terms and conditions are available on request.

Subscription  to  the  service will be free  with  no  strings
attached or minimum ordering requirements.
